1) Consultation & plan
Your provider will review your goals, assess facial balance, and recommend a personalized plan (including the number of vials and sessions).
2) Treatment sessions
A typical treatment plan is often delivered as a series of sessions spaced at least 3–4 weeks apart (plans vary by patient).
3) Downtime
Most patients return to normal routines quickly. You may experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising at injection sites (varies by individual).
To help evenly distribute the product, a commonly recommended guideline is 5-5-5:
Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days.
Also, patients are commonly advised to avoid strenuous exercise and extensive sun/UV exposure for the first 24 hours, as these may temporarily increase redness, swelling, pain, or itching at injection sites.
