I don't even know where to start!! This place is so incredible, I am SO grateful I was referred here!!! I guess I'll start from the beginning 🙂 A co-worker of mine has the most beautiful brows I have EVER seen, so much so, I asked her what products she used to create such beautiful brows! She told me that she had ombre powder brows done by Jara at Encore, and I couldn't believe it! I had never heard of powder brows before, so after doing some research, I booked my appointment and the rest is history! I just finished my follow-up appointment last week, and I could cry I am so happy! Jara is INCREDIBLE!!!! She is so warm and caring, she immediately made me feel right at home, and talking with her is like talking with a really good friend 🙂 I went from having terrible brows (half of them were missing, they were misshapen, one was higher than the other, and both looked like they belonged to two different people due to the varying shape) to the most beautiful brows ever!!!
